01·Multi-tenant operations platform

A property management platform for a multi-vertical operator.

We built a multi-tenant property management platform with workspace switching, AI photo-curated galleries, channel integrations and live reservation feeds.

One codebase, several operator tenants, each with their own brand, staff list, integrations and reporting. The same platform handles long-term residential, short-stay, and adjacent verticals - bookings, charters, vehicle rentals - because the data model is generic enough to absorb them.

Turnaround board with kanban columns (Open, In Progress, Flagged, Done), today's handover timeline, staff-on-shift panel, and an AI suggestion panel proposing to reassign an engine-hours log to a different staff member based on availability.

02·AI-assisted ops with intelligent suggestions

Real-time ops board with an embedded AI copilot. The system spots when a turnaround is running late and suggests reassignments based on staff availability - the operator decides, the AI just makes the right call obvious.

AI is tucked into the workflow, not bolted on as a separate chat tab. Suggestions are inline, dismissable, auditable. Cost-tier routing keeps the bills predictable: cheap models for routine flagging, premium models only when the decision actually matters.

03·AI content + automation + asset telemetry

A guest journey platform that fuses content, automation and IoT.

Stage-based guest journey with AI-enriched content (weather windows, suggested routes, provisioning estimates) delivered automatically over email, SMS and an in-app preview.

The same platform integrates with asset telemetry to drive operational triggers - detect a boat returning from charter and pre-warm the turnaround team, alert when a vessel approaches an unsafe or prohibited anchorage, or for car rental fleets, flag border crossings and off-road use against the rental agreement.

This is where Custom Software meets the rest of IoT-WorkS. The content engine runs on the same platform as the telemetry feeds - one stack, two halves of the same operation.
